Goble's Current COVID-19 response plan

tl;dr: The London store will be closed for two weeks at which point we will revisit the decision and proceed from there. Our online store and shipping will continue as usual unless unforeseen circumstances (post office closure etc) make it otherwise

Today we looked at our staff, the nature of the work, and the current environment we are living in and decided that our employees' health, safety and sense of security are most important to us. After speaking with them and hearing their concerns, we've decided that effective today, March 17th, we are temporarily closing our London location until things clear up a bit. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause and it was not an easy decision. However because of the nature of COVID-19 and how it is transmitted and given the regular handling of our product by the public, we think it is the best decision for both our staff and our customers. We will revisit this in two weeks.

Goble's will continue to maintain our online store and any orders made will still ship in a timely fashion. Because of a smaller staff, our shipping window has slipped from 2 business days to 5-7 but we will still be monitoring our email and will work to maintain a strong level of customer service. We ask for your understanding and patience as we all work together to weather this very unusual time. Please look for any updates on this page as things change.
